The Pensacola Breast Cancer Association is pleased to announce the launch of their new website. While site content will continually be added, the ultimate goal is to support the association's overall mission of providing breast health services and screening for women in need.

"I am very excited to see this dream come to fruition," says Barbara Dean, president of the PBCA. "We will now be able to let more women know about the importance of early detection and yearly mammograms as well as inform the public about how they can help us accomplish our mission through volunteerism or financial support."

Last year, the board decided to invest in a website to help communicate the community's need for women's health services and to assist in marketing fundraising events. According to Chip Henderson, communications chair, "The site is in its infancy and we will continue to update it with information and resources throughout the year. I am most excited about the site's shopping cart feature though that will allow our supporters, friends and guest to donate, sponsor or purchase event tickets online."
